As experienced, basically two types of commission plans are popular in MLM business in Nepal, Binary Plan & MLM Plan. Majority of companies have adopted binary plans with mixed features while some of product based multi-national companies like CNI, K-Link, DXN, Tiens etc. have adopted Multiple leg plans with a wide range of incentives. Recently, some companies are experimenting board plans as well.
Whatever the plan maybe, per cent of good earners drops below 10% and most of the network marketers are living rat-race life and a kind of anxiety can be experienced in big chunk of network marketers in Nepal.
