There is only one way under high heaven to get anybody to do anything. Did you ever stop to think of that? Yes, just one way. And, that is by making the other person want to do it.
Remember there is no other way.
Of course, you can make someone want to give you his watch by sticking a revolver in his ribs. You can make your employees give you cooperation - until your back is turned - by threatening to fire them. You can make a child do what you want it to do by a whip or a threat. But, these crude methods have sharply undesirable repercussions.

E-Commerce in Nepal
Emergence of e-commerce in itself is a great turning point for Nepalese economy. It is probably the most potential sector that can contribute to address overwhelming unemployment problem by creating better earning opportunities to all. One can easily get involved and enjoy better earnings without any investments and risks.
It seems more suitable for teenagers and young college groups as they can easily catch up general IT knowledge/skill and immediately implement it. Quicker they type in keyboards and faster they surf websites get better income. The most important aspect of e-commerce is that each and everyone can earn foreign currency (remittance) without leaving the country, just sitting in front of their working table and personal computer.

Economy & political stability
Economic development, per capita income growth, GDP and all the measures of economic growth are directly linked to the state of political stability the nation. In Nepal, growth in inflation is in 2 digits while annual growth rate is below 4%. State of balance of payment in negative while NEPSE Index is extremely low. Virtually, nation is fed by remittance earned through foreign employment, especially middle east and Malaysia.
The most important cause of low economic development in Nepal is political instability prevailed for almost two decades, especially after the failure of first elected parliament after the great political change of 1990s. 12 year long armed conflict, fragile post-conflict political situation and total failure of political parties and leaders and more importantly, internal conflicts of political parties are the root causes of political instability in Nepal that is leading the nation towards the direction of failure country.
In this context, current political leadership should leap out of this quicksand with crystal-clear vision and strong willingness.

Negative Ion Therapy
The positive aspects of negative ion therapy have been well documented with over 5000 papers being published in former Soviet Union alone supporting these findings. The ability to neutralize bacteria, viruses and fungi are well known. An article published in Muscle & Fitness Magazine maintains that negative ions help the body recuperate from workouts, enhance sleep quality, improve alertness, increase concentration, decrease reaction time, elevate one's mood, decrease wound healing time and improve skin condition and overall immune function.
Further studies add more positive attributes to negative ion therapy. More than twenty years ago the U.S.A.F conducted double blind studies with negative ions at the Wright Patterson Air Force base. Their findings were that negative ions reduced irritability, depression and tenseness and increased calmness and stimulation. The ability of negative ions to reduce the effects of adrenaline and increase relaxation and sleep were corroborated in improved cognitive function. There are many studies that have shown increased cognitive function and skill set ability improvement due to the presence of negative ions.

Toxins
Every time you ingest, inhale or absorb any toxin your immune system must deal with it. Dr. Bert Berkson, consultant to the National Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Professor of Applied Biology at New Mexico State states, "Your immune system is constantly laboring to remove toxins from your bloodstream and tissues. These pollutants may be city smog, industrial chemicals, herbicides or pesticides. If you smoke you are exposing yourself to additional poisons. If you are a heavy alcohol user, the same is true.
Toxins
Do you think the air is clean? How amount the water? How many chemicals are additives in the food you eat? Current estimates speculate that there are more than three thousand chemicals added to our food supply and more than ten thousand chemicals involved in food processing, storage and preservation. According to the EPA's Toxics Release Inventory, six and a half billion pounds of toxic chemicals are released by hundred million pounds are designated to be carcinogens, however that number is most likely a severe underestimation. Of the 77,000 toxic chemicals being dumped annually, only 2,000 have actually been tested for carcinogenicity. Now you are beginning to understand the level of toxicity that exists in our environment.
